Refund policy
We are happy to work with you if you are not satisfied with your order. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. All Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Domestic Returns
We do offer returns for orders which have not been personalized or customized in any way. Returns are accepted if your order is in original condition, meaning: unworn, unwashed, + tags still attached.
LULUSIMONSTUDIO will provide a refund for the cost of your item (not including shipping).
In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and is expected to use the same shipment method as it was originally sent (e.g., First Class or Priority Mail, with tracking).
If a returned order gets lost in the mail and you did not include a tracking number for the shipment, we are unable to offer the refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@lulusimonstudio.com within 3 days of receipt and a replacement will be sent immediately.
Shipping insurance is included for free for all purchases no more than $50.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
