Shipping policy

Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Email customerservice@lulusimonstudio.com. Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse because we're working quickly to get it to your doorstep! 

If you need to expedite your order, please reach out immediately to our Customer Service team via email customerservice@lulusimonstudio.com. We will try our best to accommodate you and your shipping needs.

We ship throughout the USA and its territories. As for international locations, we ship to Canada and the UK.

All items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays observed in the USA. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section.

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail. Please allow approximately 4-7 business days for First-Class delivery.

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail International, UPS, and DHL. Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and LULUSIMONSTUDIO LLC is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing/inspections and take up to six weeks or longer to arrive. LULUSIMONSTUDIO LLC has no control over these processes. Thank you for your patience.

Returns and exchanges

LULUSIMONSTUDIO will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Please emailcustomerservice@lulusimonstudio.comto initiate the return/exchange process. The email must include the first and last name you placed the order under, your order number, and the reason for your exchange or return. 

You must return your items using a shipping service that provides tracking so you can be assured that your return was delivered to us.

Items returned MUST be in new condition, unworn, not washed, with original tags attached. We refund the item price plus any applicable tax. Shipping charges are not refunded.

PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders as well as have weekly promotions on our products. To hear about our sales, sign-up for our email/sms newsletters.

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards and promotional-priced products. Promotions are not combinable, for example, free shipping cannot be combined with a 25% off code. If you have questions about the exclusions or fine print, please email customerservice@lulusimonstudio.com.

All promotion codes are applied to the order subtotal. Promotions or discounts of any kind cannot be added after an order is placed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Is your size out of stock or wishing we carried more extended sizes? Don't fret! Sign-up for a re-stock request and you'll be notified when it's available. You can also visit our storefront in Walnut Creek, CA to shop tons of in-store exclusive styles.

We want everyone to have access to our products! We can produce extended sizing in most of our styles, so feel free to email us and we can accommodate your size request!

Yes, you can! We currently work with over 200 partners all over the country. You can find which stores in your area carry our products here and thank you for supporting us!

AFTERPAY

Installments by Afterpay allows you to purchase in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if your cart total is $200, you pay 4 installments of $50. There is no additional cost to use installments by Afterpay as long as you pay on time. All your payments are interest-free and you will receive your order right away.
